Phun Bar makes all-natural energy bars for athletes, adventurers and anyone who cares about what they put in their body. Good product, real customers, and a brand ready to grow.

The goal was simple: drive more revenue. The existing customer base was buying, but there was no system in place to bring them back. New buyers came in and largely stayed one-time purchasers. Subscription revenue was minimal. The lifecycle between first purchase and long-term customer was mostly unmanaged.

We stood up Klaviyo as the CRM foundation and built a lifecycle system from the ground up. Automated flows triggered by shopper behavior, subscriber acquisition workflows tied to the brand's live event and sponsorship presence, and a full customer lifecycle flywheel with journeys designed to convert new customers into repeat buyers and repeat buyers into monthly autoship subscribers. A branded campaign calendar kept the audience engaged with education and promotions between purchases.
