Vintage Electric Bikes builds premium, high-performance electric bikes for riders who want the best. These are serious machines for serious riders — thoughtfully designed, meticulously built, and priced to match.

Revenue was down and email was a contributing factor. Their previous partner's practices had degraded sender reputation; messages were filtering to spam or not arriving at all with some mailbox providers. The channel wasn't pulling its weight, and it was showing up in the overall eCommerce numbers.

We took over CRM, audience management, campaigns, flows, and SMS. The first 90 days were focused on remediation: scrubbing invalid and risky addresses from the list and rebuilding sender reputation with Gmail and the major mailbox providers. Creative got a full overhaul too — design and messaging were tested and optimized until they genuinely reflected the premium product and brand. Once deliverability was restored and the creative was dialed in, we built the program it should have been from the start.
